Mrs. Sharmaine Randle, Owner of Leap4lfe, LLC, hosted a Loving Yourself First From The Inside Out conference on February 20, 2016 in Fredericksburg, Virginia and let me tell you… it was PHENOMENAL!!! Women of all ages, ethnicity, creed and color gathered in one room to talk about one thing: loving yourself. It was a personal thing. It had nothing to do with anyone else, except for self.
Sharmaine, alongside her husband, operates Leap4Lfe, LLC providing life coaching services. Her mission statement: “My purpose is to help people pursue self-love, build self-esteem and grow confidence, so that they will be able to LEAP into a Better You.” Go on over to their Facebook page and like it then invite others to like it: https://www.facebook.com/leap4lfe
Sharmaine did an awesome job provoking a conversation around something that we don’t often talk about because society deem it as a negative, self-centered thing. But Mrs. Randle tore down barriers that day. She helped us to realize how important loving ourselves really is in order for us to be able to love others.. I mean truly love others! We take care of everyone else except the most important one: US… ME… MYSELF… AND I.
This day was filled with encouragement, inspiration, knowledge, and tears… yes, I was able to let go of some things that day that have been holding me back from truly living out my purpose.
Now, let’s talk about that day. Sharmaine pulled out all the goodies for this one! She had homemade dishes catered by her fabulous mother (and others I presume).. y’all know I loves to eat!! Yes I said ‘loves’… get over it you educational scholars LOL … did I say she had fried and barbecue chicken?? The seafood salad though (shut yo face good!).
Anyway, I digress. She had an awesome team helping her: her daughter, Victoria Evans, (who was behind the scenes but right alongside Mama, moving and keeping things in flow); her business consultant and mistress of ceremony (I probably gave her that title), Chandra Gore with Chandra Gore Consulting; her bad ass photographer (he was on point), Rashid Hassann with Elite Ego Photography; oh, and GOD!! He orchestrated this entire event from beginning to end (can I get an Amen?).
So then we got to work… Sharmaine taught from her heart. You could feel the passion in every word. I was the keynote speaker, and talked openly about Mastering the Art of Letting Go.
And I would be remiss if I did not showcase the fabulous vendors that showed up and showed out!!! (hint: if you click the image, you will go directly to their page, whoop whoop! Thank me later!!)
So there you have it.. it was an awesome event… God did His thang and ministered to us with both spiritual and natural food.. and I am still basking in the remnants 😆 😉 .
Until next time…
