Bridge the Gap is a mindfulness six-week group coaching program that guides survivors on an emotional fitness path towards healing and freedom. It consists of weekly trainings by our expert survivor team, group coaching calls, self-help journal, informative emotional fitness magazine subscription, private Facebook group access, accountability partner and an opportunity to become a published author. Understanding the power of emotional fitness while on this healing journey is the main reason why this program was uniquely designed for our students. We will practice new ways of emotional fitness in order to produce the life we want free from the pain of our past. And we will do it together!
